Contact enquiries

We use your name, email address, company if provided, topic and message to respond to your business enquiry. Your name, email and message are required to process it; your company is optional. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing business communications and enquiries about our services.

Messages are sent to our IONOS mailbox and are accessible to authorised personnel at CHOKAIRI CONSEIL. IONOS provides hosting and email services. Form messages are not stored in a website database.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for six months after the last exchange, then deleted from the mailbox. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, documents required for the contract and legal obligations follow the retention periods applicable to those documents.

Security and browsing

A strictly necessary session cookie, cc_contact, protects the form against unauthorised submissions. The security token lasts one hour. Pseudonymised abuse-prevention counters are cleared during subsequent processing once their one-hour period has elapsed. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing the service and preventing abuse.

This website uses no advertising cookies or audience analytics. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted locally. The hosting provider also processes technical logs to operate and secure its infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to the GDPR conditions. Contact contact@chokairiconseil.com. Proportionate identity verification may be requested if there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
